1. The Eligible Candidates shall have to undergo J.B. Eligibility Entrance Test (JBEET)before admission.

2. The selection will be strictly on Merit Basis based on Entrance Test.

3. Selected candidates shall be fit both Physically and Mentally which should be done before admission ( It’s mandatory)

4. Forms & prospectus can be obtained from the Institution campus office with payment of Rs 500 (Five Hundred) only or by post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs 550/ (Five Hundred Fifty) only made in favour of J.B. Foundation Trust, pay able at Guwahati.

5. Forms & prospectus can also be downloaded from the website: www.jbschoolofnursing.org . A Demand draft of Rs 500/ (Five Hundred) only and booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) only has to be enclosed with the downloaded form.

6. Admission of NRI / Foreign Nationals will be made as per norms laid down by Ministry of HRD Govt. of India and Indian Nursing Council (INC) New Delhi.

5. Pass Port Size Colored Photograph of 5 Copies.
6. P.R.C (Permanent Residential Certificate) If available.
7. Current Medical Fitness Certificate.
